Terms for Jobseeker

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful and accurate information in your profile, resume, applications, and any other communication through the platform or with potential employers. Do not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity.
• Confidentiality: You understand that information shared with potential employers through the platform may be stored and processed by them according to their privacy policies. Be mindful of the personal information you share publicly.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login information with others.
• Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that the platform and its content are protected by intellectual property rights. You will not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
• No Fees (Usually): Generally, job seekers are not charged fees to use job search platforms. Be wary of any service that requires you to pay for basic job searching or application features. Job searching and applying itself is typically free.
• Communication: You agree to respond promptly and professionally to communications from potential employers or the platform administrators.
• Withdrawal/Termination: You may have the right to close your account at any time. The platform may also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of their terms.

Eligibility

• The JobsWaale Platform is open only to persons above the age of 18 years.
• The JobsWaale Platform is open only to persons, currently residing in India.
• Persons who wish to participate must have a valid email address and/or mobile phone number.
• JobsWaale may on receipt of information bar a person from accessing their JobsWaale account if such person is found to be in violation of any part of these Terms of Service or the Code of Conduct.
• Only those Users who have successfully registered on the JobsWaale Platform shall be eligible to post, view, and/or apply for jobs via the JobsWaale Platform.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service and while applying for a job through the JobsWaale Platform, Users undertake that all information shared will at all times be accurate and not be misleading. The User understands and acknowledges that any incorrect information or misrepresentations made by the User will affect the efficacy of the JobsWaale Platform and JobsWaale Services and that JobsWaale shall have the right to suspend the User’s account if it is found that the information shared by the User is false or misleading.
